We were in the process of starting up a new company. The original company had an old QA system in place so we needed to update the system to make it more relevant to the new company and its requirements. We also wanted to implement OHS 4801, which we didn’t previously have. The consultant, Karen Willis was fantastic and had great communication skills. Karen looked in depth into our current system and the processes that we had in place and provided us with very relevant feedback about what we were required to do to become compliant with both standards. Karen provided a list of all the requirements to achieve certification. Karen would take the time to sit and discuss everything with us, which ultimately gave us a very clear indication of the type of things we needed to improve. We are still in the process of going through everything that Karen suggested and we are confident that in the long term our business will improve overall.
