We realised a few years ago that we required an audit of our Quality Management system certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 and ICS were able to help resolve this situation by providing the guidance of what was needed and the direction required to move forward. The consultant utilised what we had already achieved without reinventing the wheel. Stephen Nicholson was our consultant and was absolutely excellent. We had a really good working partnership. It is still early stages, but we are already receiving more recognition within the industry.
