We appointed Integrated Compliance Solutions, as we needed help with where to commence to obtain certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 4801. A desktop audit was conducted, followed by a gap analysis which allowed us to recognise that some systems were in place but we needed to improve our base operations. Our ICS consultant Linda McNeil was our partner all the way through the process. She understood our business and provided a practical hands-on approach. Throughout the project, our progress work was evaluated, and Linda carried out a pre-certification audit along the way to make sure we were on track. Since engaging ICS, we have a lot more administrative discipline in place now. It brought to our attention that we weren’t up to speed with legislation and we now have more control over our business operations. Linda has great industry knowledge and with her practical, hands-on approach she mentored us all the way through the process. We would highly recommend her and ICS to anyone looking at achieving certification in Quality, Environmental and OH&S ISO standards.
