We required a systems audit for Vic Roads for all standards, ISO 9001, AS 4801 and ISO 14001. We were very happy with the audit. Linda was really good. We are only a small family business and are staff are more involved in the operation side of it, therefore the terminology that was used was unfamiliar and quite difficult for us to understand. Linda was able to clearly communicate with us in a manner that we could easily understand, which was a great help. Overall the experience was absolutely brilliant. We were unsure of the process but between the emails to and from ICS and Linda’s visit we felt really comfortable.
