Whilst we had existing systems in place, we essentially needed guidance on aligning these to assist with achieving our ISO 9001:2015 certification. We engaged ICS and their consultant, Ksenia Wagensveld assisted us in identifying any gaps and guided us to successful certification. Ksenia provided us with great ideas and was really easy to work with. A fresh set of eyes to oversee our existing systems was of great benefit too. She was friendly, had great ideas and gave good feedback on our existing system. With Ksenia’s assistance, we were able to achieve certification and our processes are now running smoothly. We would definitely approach ICS again for future assistance in relation to their other services relating to compliance
