When Onpack started working with ICS in February 2018, we had documented processes but no quality manual whatsoever. We engaged ICS to carry out a gap analysis which identified what needed to be done to obtain ISO 9001 certification. Paul Lanagan, our ICS consultant, helped us develop a Quality manual and business processes which allowed us to successfully obtain certification to ISO 9001 in June the same year. We are now compliant and have a continuous improvement process for our business. Paul did an excellent job and did exactly what we expected of him. We look forward to working with Paul to maintain our management system by conducting regular internal audits and we will work with ICS again in the near future to obtain other certifications.
