I was recommended to another consultancy firm by a certification company and one month into our project I came across ICS and met Heather in person. It was a no brainer to cease the existing consultancy and move over to ICS.

ICS’ cloud-based IMS in Monday.com has proven itself time and time again and I believe it’s one of the best systems available – 100%. Frank Leo, our consultant was knowledgeable, respectful and a really nice guy. I without doubt recommend ICS solutions and team.

Our ICS Consultant, Ron, was very good at translating the formal jargon of the ISO standard into simple, easy to understand English. He put us at ease and showed all of us that certification didn’t need to be a lot of extra work.

Mostly Ron just helped us make changes to what we were already doing and to translate the requirements into practical and realistic solutions which improved our business and didn’t add a lot of extra paperwork. And finally, we passed our audit with flying colours and no issues!

Andy was able to assess the situation and figure out what we needed, why, and how to satisfy the TGA without an excessive workload. Through simplification of processes, we learnt his approach and reapplied it to our procedures. ICS completely exceeded our expectations.

It was a great experience working with Ron from ICS. His expertise helped us to improve our current systems and achieving our certification to ISO 9001. Our processes are now more efficient and we are able to track processes and take accountable management decisions.

ICS have been instrumental in their assistance to 460 Degrees during their accreditation period. Passing accreditation on all aspects (Quality/Safety/Environmental) first time was a great achievement and one we are very grateful to ICS more importantly to Paul and very proud of ourselves.

Just a quick note, slightly belated, to say thank you for getting Kate to do our internal audit on 23 Apr. Her professionalism showed through at every turn! Not only did she speak in terms that a truck driver could understand but also went up and beyond what I would have expected for an audit, providing advice and guidance all the way through. A very refreshing approach considering our other encounters in trying to get this thing off of the ground!

We are currently progressing through the Gap Analysis and Kate has continued to provide beneficial feedback and guidance.

ICS were really flexible and timely in their response. Heather was fantastic.She fitted into our environment and was able to assist in terms of working in the disability sector. She exceeded our expectations and was able to make a complex system fit into our current system.

We contacted ICS to update our QMS. Our consultant, Heather, conducted a review of our system making recommendations for the upgrade plus assisted with preparation of documents. Heather was thorough and efficient ensuring that we got what we required without spending time on what we didn’t need.

The moment we decided that we wanted ISO 9001:2015 certification, we approached ICS to assist. Their consultant Graham supported and guided us in identifying any changes which were required and helped to correct anything we had in place so that we passed our certification audit.

Our consultant, Andrew, was really great. He made me feel comfortable that he understood what CopeAg wanted and needed and was keen to work with what we already had in place and uplift it to achieve a certifiable system.

At our recent external audit, we received excellent feedback from our SAI Global external auditor. ICS’s Quality Management System and Digital IMS was overall very delightful – simple and appropriate for the size of our business and the stage we are at.

The consultant didn’t try to overfill the QMS document by trying to squeeze the business to artificially fit every part of the standards, even if they don’t really apply. I appreciated the short simple nature of our QMS that addressed the business’s needs without being overly complicated.

ICS were quick to respond, thorough in developing an understanding of our needs and then offered a price that was proportionate with the scope of our implementation (not a one size fits all as with their competitors). Utilising ICS helped us immensely as it allowed us to continue working on other parts of the business.

Our consultant, Craig fitted into our business very well and he was really good. His attitude and attention to detail was perfect. It’s not very often you find someone not only so knowledgeable but also happy to share this knowledge.

As a cleaning company, quality is expected with everything we do, so we engaged ICS to help us achieve our goal of ISO 9001 Quality Management.

ICS helped compile all our documents and implemented a new digital IMS for us to use. The communication and project planning from ICS has been excellent. We have been so pleased with our outcome that we have already engaged ICS for further services. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

We engaged ICS for our ISO 27001 Information Security certification as we had a tight deadline and knew we needed assistance from experts in the field. ICS understood our business, were well prepared, flexible, accommodating and assuring.

Throughout the project, our consultant Stephen was professional, engaging and very helpful. His practical and knowledgeable insights helped facilitate questions without being alarmist or getting anyone offside. We were overall very happy with his approach; he really knows his stuff.

ICS helped develop a cloud based Environmental Management System for us. Our consultants Sonia and Adam were great, they were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable, nothing was ever a problem for them. We look forward to seeing the difference this certification makes to our business and will definitely work with ICS again in the future.

We utilise the ICS legislation update service and have done for years. As a company with many facets, the service enables staff to easily understand new legislative impacts and requirements, that in turn allows timely changes to be incorporated into company process. The information provided is comprehensive and the ICS team and our consultant Karen, are really approachable, communicate well and are always able to adapt to our changing requirements.
