Gabbin Paper Tubes had previously engaged another company to help us with our ISO systems. The consultant was very casual in his approach and didn't follow-up tasks which were required for successful maintenance of our system. We needed someone who understood our needs, who took control and accomplished what we needed. When we first approached ICS, we were contemplating whether or not we should transition to the new version of the Quality management standard or abandon the project altogether. We were considering cost and the workload versus the benefit of having ISO, however, ICS gave us the confidence to delegate the workload to them which we were not able to complete due to time constraints. Having ISO 9001:2015 has given us the opportunity to focus more on our business practice overview, which is a great benefit to our business. It has made us review the practices that we have been carrying out for many years. Phaedra Gunn, our ICS consultant was diligent, hardworking, had a great attention to detail and followed things through right to the end. We can't praise her enough and would highly recommend Phaedra and ICS to any business that is looking at transitioning to ISO 9001:2015.
