Not only did she speak in terms that a truck driver could understand but also went up and beyond what I would have expected for an audit, providing advice and guidance all the way through. A very refreshing approach considering our other encounters in trying to get this thing off of the ground! We are currently progressing through the Gap Analysis and Kate has continued to provide beneficial feedback and guidance.
